We can accept your artwork on a cd, usb, or, sd card.

If you only have an idea, but no prepared artwork, that's OK! Give us your idea and we will do our best to create the artwork for you.

Artwork

PDF Files
We request all our artwork to be supplied as high resolution (300dpi).It is important that you prepare your PDF file in the correct way. There are options which must be set for printing

• Resolution (Choose High Resolution)
• Compression Settings (for colour and greyscale should be down sampled to 300dpi (with "auto compression" set on high.)
• Font Embedding (should be set to "embed all fonts")
Colour needs to be set as CMYK NOT RGB (RGB artwork will be converted to CMYK this could effect your colours).


Illustrator
Include all embedded images and convert all text to curves. Save as a eps file


Photoshop
Resolution Set to 300dpi when starting your new document Save file as either tiff or jpeg

Other files not listed above must be saved either as an eps of jpeg.

Please note if you require for us to make changes to your file (jpeg / eps), we would require you to re-supply new artwork as either a PSD, PDF or AI files as we are unable to make changes to flattered images (jpeg/ eps / tiff).


Colour
Our printers use a 4 colour ink process (CMYK). Please be aware that screen colours (RGB) may appear duller or lacking in contrast when printed.

We will not be responsible for colour changes if the design art is sent in RGB format instead of CMYK. When art is converted, colours may vary.

Fonts & Typefaces

If your design includes text it is a good idea to email us the TTF file for the exact font you would like used.

NOTE: If you have supplied artwork and the text is included in the file, it may still be useful for us to know the name of the font.

Upper/lowercase: You should also let us know whether you want the text in upper and/or lower case. Sometimes, ALL UPPER can create a strong effect and certain fonts do not include lower case characters.

Positiion & Size

Specify where on the garment you would like your design to appear and how big it should be.

The usual width size for a breast design is between 8cm and 11cm depending on the size of the garment.

For a full chest .....the size is usually around 21 x 30 cm (approx A4)

You are not limited to printing on just one side, although printing multiple positions on the garment will affect the cost.

Colour (White Shirts): On white shirts we can print in full colour without limitation (max size A4). This includes photographs and shaded artwork.

Colour (Dark Shirts): If your artwork contains many colours it may be neccessary to simplify the image before printing (max size A4).
