Making a Purchase

It could not be easier to make a purchase . Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will try to correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order.. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery within Tenerife ONLY by Standard Post

Delivery Schedule

STANDARD DELIVERY - 2-3 working days.
Working days do not include Bank Holidays or Weekends.

Timescales can only be adhered to providing stock is available. We will attempt to notify you by e-mail if the timescales above are not achievable.
You must provide a DAYTIME delivery address as some parcels will need to be signed for.
We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has already been made.
If a parcel is returned to us because no signature could be obtained or an incorrect address is given, we will need to re-charge carriage costs to send out the parcel again.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions or other such events.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

Since we build your stock items on demand there are no back orders.
However if we are unable to make your order due to stock problems you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For all orders, 5% IGIC is included.

Credit Card

Security is of the highest caliber. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.

Guarantee

We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so if the item is faulty please contact us to arrange a replacement or, refund. The items must be unworn/unused and in new condition.
We are unable to give refunds on items that have been personalised as per your specifications.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Tee Candy do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

As we make all the shirts especially for you. As they are customised just for you, we cannot accept them for return unless they are faulty or your instructions have not been followed. We cannot re-sell your garment.

If we have sent you the wrong size garment, we will absolutely remake it for you in the right size when you return it. If we have sent you the garment you ordered though, we will not be able to accept it for return as we have made it just for you. We do provide sizing information on the site, which acts as a guide when choosing your size.

If we have accidently sent you the wrong colour, you can absolutely return it and we will remake it for you. If we have sent you the colour you ordered, however, we cannot accept it for return as it has been made just for you. The colours on screen all have names which appear when you select them, and the colour is also written next to your shirt in your basket. Please do check these carefully, as colours can appear differently on different monitors.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

Refunds will be made against the original form of tender.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
